Today I'm at the office, and it's going to be a slow day (we're in between projects), which makes for a very long day. Going for a nice long walk after work (hopefully I'll get about 2 - 3 miles in). Blue skies and sunshine today. YAY!

Morning, TGIF! Woke up and decided to weigh in as I haven't weighed since last thursday. Bummed again to find I am still the same weight as I was weeks ago. When will this body cooperate??? But I have to keep telling myself that revisions take longer and I don't have as much to lose, just wish I wasn't so pissed with myself that I skipped the morning workout and opted for a half decaf coffee instead, truly regretting that decision now :(

Good morning all. No white stuff here. It just melts thank goodness. I saw the sun and thought surely it is warm enough to bike. Then I heard what the temp is. Sad to say the bike comes indoors today. I set it up on a stand and use it as a stationary bike. just not as much fun. But my steps this week are almost nothing so I may try it out tonight. I get stiff from arthritis if I do not keep moving.

13 weeks out today! Made some Lillydale turkey breakfast sausages yesterday and was not impressed. So mixed them into some homemade marinara sauce, added some spinach, and blended it until smooth. Now I have an extremely thick soup and did not have to throw out the turkey sausage. I added extra chilli flakes to mask the taste. Live and learn eh?
