Hi ladies. Can you add me on fitpal so I can get pointers on what I eat? Username is rporr29. Also not all the information when you search food is correct 1/3 cup is 35 cals not half a cup. So how reliable is that info?

It's as accurate as people make it. If someone inputs incorrect info and someone else (me) uses that person's description of (for example) Source Greek yogurt, then my info will also be incorrect. This sounds very confusing I know. So when I input Source Greek yogurt, I check the stats to make sure they're accurate to the packaging (when you do a search for specific items, several choices come up, choose the one that best describes what you're eating).

We have a daily "what are you eating/doing today" thread here on this forum. Feel free to join in, all of us there would be more than happy to look at your daily menus and provide feedback.

I also like to scan the bar code into MFP, because it's so quick and accurate.
