I was hoping and waiting for an update from you Dawn. I'm glad you posted.

I'm really glad you're finally home, albeit with these problems to deal with. But you ARE dealing with them and so is your team. One baby step at a time. Tiny, baby, eeeney weeney little steps.

Fingers crossed that you see improvements soon.
