Ahh ok..i have my follow up appointment there November 5th so ill definitely go see what they have for vitamins. ..any suggestions are welcomed :)

I found a chewable multi vitamin its called The Ultimate One. Its fruit punch flavor. I found it at my health food store. I actually saw it at two health food stores it is very reasonably price it was $ 13.99 for 50. I really don't mind the taste at all. I'm not sure any will taste good.

Bariatricadvantage.com caramel calcium chewy bites. They are a little chalky but not bad at all. DO NOT try the chocolate peanut butter chews....bleh! I am on the monthly ship plan so i never run out and I never pay shipping. They just developed an orange cream chewy bite but I haven't tried it yet

I second the Bariatric Advantage Caramel Chews! OMG, these things are like little caramel candies! Sooo yummy. I don't find them chalky but that's personal preference. I ordered them online from Amazon and I just love them.

The other one I take is Citracal Petites. I couldn't find them in Canada but I got them in the USA at Walmart. Much smaller than most calcium pills!

I take Celebrate sour cherry flavor chewable. They are 500 mg, so I take 3 per day. They aren't sweet and I think they taste pretty good -- like Sweet-Tarts.
