Referral- March 2012, Letter April 19, Orientation TWH- June 6, NP - July 3, Sleep Apena test July 16, Internist and SW - July 17, Nutritional class - July 23, Dietician appt. July 30th, Psych-Social appt - Aug 20th. Follow up with doctor sleep apena Aug. 28th Surgeons appt. - Dec. 14th Dr. Jackson. Surgery date - Feb 12 2013 - VSG
I'm hoping someone responds to you. I've asked the same question and when I go to what's listed in this website, I get a returned email. I live in Aurora and would love to find a support group.

Yes there is. Sorry, was hoping someone who attends that group would join in with the details for you. I believe they call themselves the York Region Support group. I found a post from last month but you should contact the group leader for info on the next meeting. Hopefully she will reply.
