In 11 Weeks from Bariactric Surgery

Hi I have lost 60 pounds and still losing.  I am looking for a support group to keep my momentum up to continue my journey.    Today I was advised to reduce my insulin again.  This is great news.   I have gone from very extremely high sliding scale to the lowest and possibly an option to do even better.

Which area are you in Susan?  there is a support group in Peterborough and Lindsay, we meet at landsdowne place tomorrow from 6pm till 9,  and in lindsay everyother thurs.  so a weekthis thurs at the Grand hotel/ barside beside the pool tables. 

Weigh to go!! keep going its a wonderful tool, I have my op Oct 7!! and I know how much a support group means!! it is the best thing for this journey!

I run a monthly informal support group in Mississauga - great bunch of people at all different stages. You are very welcome to join us anytime! I always post about it here on the forum.

The next coffee night will be on Wednesday, October 16th.
