Good morning everyone.  Today is going to be crazy busy getting ready for the yard sale tomorrow.  Swimming this morning, then moving and pricing items for the sale. Tonight we are going out with friends for dinner and live music.  Once again it will be catfish and grits.  Once again catfish and grits leftovers, sigh.

B. Nordica cottage cheese on the go with 1t sf apple/black currant jam

S. Chike ICED coffee

L. 1/2 Sol spicy black bean burger with salsa, jalapeno greek yogurt dip, guacamole, little sour cream

S. Syntrax fuzzy navel protein shake and a Greek Yogurt

D. Blackened catfish, cheesy grits, pico de gallo

S. Syntrax fuzzy navel protein drink

MFP totals Cal. 811, Carbs. 46, Fat 26, Protein 108

Good morning all. I will start off by saying I am in a really bad mood this morning. Fed up at work and am having problems sitting here while things just keep deteriorating. I am going swimming at lunch so maybe I will be so tired I won't care.

Good luck with your yard sale. I never have much luck with them. Lot of work for very little money but I am always eager to do it again.

Afternoon!

Dr. appointment this morning had me up and out the door early, a little shopping, lunch, and that's about it! Looking forward to a great weekend with Andrew (as always).

8.5 years post-op

B - coffee with cream x 2, Source Greek 50, small slice cinnamon toast (total waste of carbs, dammit, it sucked)

L - 1 cup chicken/veggie soup (just when I thought it was gone - nope! another small container hiding in my fridge lol), 2 melba toast with old cheddar on top, dill pickle

S - Chike protein iced coffee, later: 2 melba toast with old cheddar and kielbasa on top

D - 2 oz chicken breast, 2 oz pork tenderloin (we were arguing over space on the BBQ last night lol), broccoli salad, 1/4 baked acorn squash with butter

S - coffee with cream x 2, not sure if anything else yet
