B. small poached egg, 4 shrimp, avocado, 1T Hollandaise, lots of decaf
S. Syntrax fuzzy navel protein shake (trying to use up the container, not my favourite)
L. Roasted Mushroom soup, turkey, cheese rollup heated, Yoplait super fruit yogurt
S. another Syntrax fuzzy navel protein shake
D. cheese grits, BBQ baked bean, blackened catfish leftovers
S.Chike iced coffee
MFP totals Cal. 1,011, Carbs. 66, Fat 43, Protein 101

Not much going on today, resting and dog walks. I have come down with a cold over the weekend...yay me...lol
B- protein coffee, 1/3 cup Source cherry yogurt, 1/3 cup FF cottage cheese w/ 2 tbs Mary Jane
S- London Fog 2 slices deli ham
L- 1 tex mex egg muffin, 1/2 cup sweet kale salad
D-3 oz pork tenderloin, 1/4 cup turnip/carrots, 1 bite mashed potato

Work today. Biked to work. It is funny sweating but being cold. It will be a little warmer biking home. Out tonight to a 7yr olds birthday. We are suppose to be there at 7:00pm. We will see. By the time I get home then we have to get across the city to Etobicoke through all the stopped traffic.

A wee bit sore from my run yesterday (33km), but not bad. I`m also doing a squat challenge (135 today ugh). But it's keeping my legs nice and strong.

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
