one year on sept 11th
its hard to believe its been a year already as of September 11th.At my heaviest I weighed 360lbs and im pleased to announce this morning i stepped on the scales and I am 197lbs,down 163lbs in a year.I wanted to ware a size 38 jeans again I never thought i would be wearing a 34 and large shirts.......totally amazed. There is so many ways that this surgery has changed my life from the way people look at me to feeling the best I've ever felt in my life. For all you that are waiting to have the surgery it is one heck of a journey, one that I would do over again in a heartbeat so enjoy the journey.
