Hello wondering what the toll free number is to the bariatric registry.

You can also go on there website and under Bariatric Centers you can do a referral search to find a specific centers phone number www.bariatricregistry.ca Heading: Bariatric Centers scroll down and it has numbers for all the Bariatric Centers if your not sure which one you should call based on where you are you can do a search there is a highlighted section (referral search map) click on this highlighted area and it takes you to a map page if your enter the first three letters/numbers of the postal code where you are it will tell you which centers to call
