I do! Several actually, as you can add anything you want to them to change the end result. :)

Not sure if you're a member of the Ontario Recipes forum (link in my profile) - there are several variations posted there under "crustless quiche/egg bites". I originally got all fired up about them when reading Eggface's blog, http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.ca/

They're an awesome, delicious protein-shot!

Saw my family doctor today and she recommended I see my therapist more often since I have been having high anxiety and 2 panic attacks in the past few weeks.  If things get worse she would like me to come see her again and we can discuss medication. I would really like to avoid any more meds if I can help it but we shall see.  I have upped my biking to 35 minutes a day as of today, and I think more exercise is helping.  Going to make an apt with my therapist for sometime this week as I am back at work next week. Would like to come up with a solid strategy in case I have a panic attack at work. Busy day of shopping and errands so far and I am wiped out from running around for 4.5 hours so will be relaxing the rest of the day.

Really glad to hear that you're working to get things sorted out. It's hard work sometimes, this being happy business.
