So close to goal....hard to believe.
Yesterday I weighed in at 146.8......today is 146.2.....cannot believe I am less then 20 pounds away from goal. It's crazy!
I will be 7 months post op on the 11th.
I FINALLY changed my ticker to reflect my new goal weight 127, it was set for 123. Back in June my surgeon told me he doesn't want me to go down that low. He said he would be happy with me between 125 and 135. He fears I will become malnourished if I go any less then 125. It wasn't east to get that 123 number out of my head...I guess I was just stubborn lol....
So now I've decided that 127 is a great number, it's 100 pounds lost.
I can't believe a year ago I was over 240 and so unhappy. It wasn't easy carrying around those extra pounds on my little legs. I have no idea how I did it for so long.
I am so happy with my decision to have surgery, I love my new life and the person I've become.
Kim xoxo
