Were You at TWH Support Group Last Night?

Hey guys, I was at the group for the first time last night, it was nice to get a chance to hear people's experiences the first year out. I noticed a group of people hanging beforehand but was doing the introvert thing.

Just wanted to say, anyone who goes regularly please add me as a friend - I look forward to getting to know you all. :)

I wanted to go, something came up.  When is the next meeting? Would love to meet you and anyone else from here :)

The next one is on exercise and is September 17th. It is always the first and third Wednesday.

There are a group of people who meet in the food court before hand. All are welcome. I was in the more than a year group that left.

can you go if you haven't had surgery yet??? TWH is where I am referred too and my next appointment is Oct 17. I would love to get as much information as possible before my surgery.

I guess I got dropped off the reminder email list....

I have my 4 week follow up on Oct 1, so I am not sure if I will drive back downtown for the support group. Is the next one Oct 15?
