Good morning Barb. I had an awful eating day. I have sabotaged myself for the last few days. Also little exercise which of course showed up on the scale. I biked to work today. Nice morning for it.
I am going to TWH for their support group tonight. Sometimes I feel worse after. We will see how this goes. It may be my last one.

Back from our jaunt out east. Amazing trip. Camping, cottaging, visiting....running. I ran in five provinces in 12 days. That was very cool! 29k around hilly Halifax was simply a pleasure. I'm getting faster and stronger.
I did have one incident where I was up all night (nine times) going to the bathroom. I thought for sure I was going to head to the ER in Charlottetown, but it just settled down and everything was fine. Something I ate, no doubt. Because the seafood.....ohhhh so wonderful! And there were other treats I tried here and there. I enjoyed myself, still ate mindfully for the most part, and it was peaceful. I'm probably up a few pounds, but i'm ok with that, as I got back down to my happy number on the scale before I left.
What I wasn't good at was getting enough water in. So i'm def back on track there!
3.5 years post-RNY - 9.3k run this morning, another 6k to do later (had to split my run, due to time)

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
Hello! Sorry, have been MIA for a few days - went away then was busy coming back.
Will take a bit to get caught up, which I always do. I'll try not to be a "mean girl". (F me, really).
8 years post-op
- coffee with cream x 3 over the morning -
B - Source Greek 50 key lime, Premier protein shake
S - 2 oz Polish sausage, 1 egg scrambled
L - 3 oz tuna salad, cucumber and tomato slices, 1 melba toast
S - Chike protein iced coffee (THANK YOU Bluezgal!)
D - 4 oz chicken, Caesar salad
S - just tea with a little milk
