Gel like covered pills?

I was just wondering if these are safe for me to take.  I am about 6.5 months out and I am finding that I will have to start taking a stool softener (TMI....LOL) and the ones that were picked up for me have like a hard gel like coating. My fear is that they will stick to my pouch or something.

My Soflax stool softeners are a red gel cap with a harder coating and those were recommended by the surgeon that discharged me from the hospital.

Should not be a problem at all. I took them that early.
