Good morning everyone! I'll be on the go for most of today so I'm brown bagging it.
(I posted in yesterdays by mistake, so here is today's menu)
BB 2 large coffee with cream
B-Quaker Apple walnut multigrain oatmeal cup
L- 1 slice deli ham on 1/2 toasted bagel & cream cheese
S- grapes & cheddar cheese cubes
D- homemade meatballs with tomato sauce and fresh garden salad
S- Greek yogurt with fresh berries

Your menu looks excellent - I find at times when life is a little out of control, being able to be organized in my thoughts about food and in control of my eating actually helps to centre me a little. Good job, friend.

Did cardio last night so will probably try to lift some weights tonight. We are watching True Detective and had to unglue my butt off the couch last night and force myself into the gym...but I did it and it only pushed dinner and TD watching by 40 mins or so. Otherwise hopefully quiet evening as we have to move my GF's little sister into res this weekend and then she's coming up for a night out in the big city. We were supposed to be getting a puppy in the States this weekend but we ended up deciding to wait on getting a pup until next year once we have paid off some bills and gotten our place better organized. It's sad but I think we made the right choice. :(
B a 1/2 cup of puffins cereal w/ unsweetened almond milk black coffee from our Nespresso, then a chocolate Premier at work
L Chicken breast and Sweet Kale salad (boy was that the best recommendation I ever saw on here! so good!), small apple with a little raw almond butter
S Probably a lite baby bel (if I'm out I'll have a 0% greek yogurt)
D I'll make a lentil soup and either have some deli turkey or a piece of fish with it on the side
