Found some new high protein drinks today at Popeyes. They are called protein ice and have 42g of protein per drink they come in five different flavors they are a bit expensive $4.99 each but they offer a discount if you buy a case and they are a water based drink which is nice. And the back label says it's for bariatric surgery which was nice.

The carbs and sugar are zero and it has 170 calories. And it is pure isolate protein. And the bottle states it is an excellent source of protein for bariatric surgery patients helping ensure they receive an adequate amount of protein. Might not be word for word but something similar to that.

They have a line of products.  Also have CHEESECAKE BARS!! in different variations.

Of course, they use Stevia but I am willing to give it a try for cheesecake.  LOL  No, really, I can't stand the taste of most sweeteners other than sugar but maybe they have a better recipie blend.  Who knows

They also have various powders.

Thanks for finding this site!

Do they have collagen in them? If so they apparently aren't a good protein for us.

The taste is pretty good it's like drinking juice the blue raspberry has a bit of a tang to it but when I put it on ice it helped with the tang I am going to buy the watermelon, Apple and fruit punch tonight I've never been a fan of blue raspberry drinks but it's way better then the milky shakes which were making me nauseous.

I found them in Hamilton at the Stoney Creek location as well as up the mountain on upper Wentworth. I have the blue raspberry flavor and it's not too bad it has a bit of a tang to it but I put it with ice and enjoyed it. I've been able to drink almost 3/4 of it today where the other milky ones I couldn't even get 1/2 of one in without feeling sick to my stomach. I'm going tonight to buy watermelon, fruit punch and Apple.
