Sometimes the most simple "recipes" are the tastiest. Agreed on the sweet onions - I use Vidalia and red. AND hope that the person I'm eating with also eats some. lol

happy to hear things are back under control :) Enjoy the drive-in. Think I might have to try roast beef salad next time I cook it for DH.

Hello everyone.  Good luck at the tournament today Barb.  Karen, so sorry you were not well, but glad you are on the mend.  Your salad sounds yummy and once I am allowed beef I will give it a try.  Everyone's menu looks so good, homemade tomato soup with basil, I'm drooling.  Karen I didn't know they still had drive-ins.  Have fun and let us know how the movie was.  We had fun at our friends house last night, although hubby got a little tipsy, our host was making him try all they strange unheard of drinks and some of his own cider and moonshine (didn't know you could make that).  I ate way too much.  I had a 2 ounce portion of salmon and after an hour went and got another ounce.  It was done on the BBQ wrapped in foil and was very moist, but I was eating it with a spicy red pepper dip.

4 weeks post-op

B. late start to the day so I may just have a wake up decaf coffee

S. 1 greek 50 lemon yogurt

L.  leftover salmon from my lunch yesterday, with black beans, avocado, feta and garlic yogurt dressing (it was from Williams, asked for no rice or corn)

S. Syntrax Cappucino protein coffee

D. Blackened catfish, cheesy grits, BBQ baked beans.  We are going out with friends to our local BBQ joint

S. Probably won't have one as it will be another late night for me.

Have a great day everyone.

Thanks, I'm okay - I still panic a little when I'm feeling a certain kind of "off", everything worked itself out.

By the way, isn't that lemon greek yogurt great? I love it.

Glad it worked itself out.  I do love the lemon Greek yogurt, it is so refreshing.  I also love the Source Greek 50 lime yogurt, it reminds me of keylime pie.

Yeah, it's raining here too. I think I saw Andrew smile at rain for the first time ever. He's not a movie fan. LOL
