6 days post op Gravol

Hello wondering if we are allowed gravol pill form? I have been feeling nauseous the last few hours and I'm terrified to vomit while my insides aren't healed and my incisions are so fresh so would like to take some gravol to settle my pouch.

I think it must be the day.  I had surgery the same day as you and also had a lot of nausea today also.  I didn't take anything but haven't gotten all my water in either.  I was thinking that they crushed pills into applesauce for me in the hospital so that would probably be okay to do if I needed to.  Feel Better, Lori

Thank you guys I only had gravol via IV so I wasn't 100% sure.

You can take any pill in whole form as long as it's smaller than the tip of your baby finger.  But if you feel better, gravol crushed doesn't taste bad.

This may help with the symptoms, but don't forget to try to figure out the cause.  If it is dehyration, you still need to resolve that.

You can also buy the ginger chewables gravol. My surgeon said it was fine. I'm 5 days post op. Hope you feel better!
