Surgery is tomorrow

So tomorrow is the big day for me - after a year of waiting I will be having the RNY surgery.

I have been cleaning the house like a machine all morning, trying to burn off some of that nervous energy. I am not sure how it happened but I ended up short 1 packet of opti for some reason. I called the centre and they recommended I either just have 3 shakes today or that I pick up a few cans of glucerna. Has anyone tried glucerna? Not sure it is worth the trip to the pharmacy.

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has supported my throughout this long process. I really appreciate your advice and guidance, it has helped me so many times. This forum is awesome!

I have not tried it but I will say there were some days I had 3 shakes not 4 and it didnt make a difference come surgery time. Just space out your drinks and add lots of water to fill you up. Your old journey is almost behind you good luck tomorrow on your new journey
