I'm out of HRRH and it is on my list of fluids to drink so I would imagine it is okay to drink. I have been thinking about going to buy myself some to add some variety into my fluids once I get my protein figured out.

Oh thank you so much, It is really good to drink and I enjoy it. You get tired of the same things all the time. It doesn't have the diet after taste to it either. Again thank you. I hope you figure out your protein.

So funny, that's ALL I can taste when I've drank it.

By the way, what ever happened with the shooting pains you were having down your arms? I'm assuming you're feeling better?

I tried it when I was about 4 weeks  post op and it made me feel awful. Haven't tried it since.

I thought it contained caffeine which is a bariatric no-no ... It's made with black tea which does have some.

If we CAN drink it - I'll turn cartwheels because I love that stuff!

I guess if your centre advised you not to have caffeine, then it IS a no-no.

Many moons ago there wasn't a caffeine-ban rule. I personally haven't had any issues with drinking fully leaded coffee from day 1, but I guess others have, so many practices are cautionary.

P.S. Hey, where did your avatar go?

New avatar - I was trying to get it to stop loading sideways (shows up 'right side up' everywhere else!) - and gave up.  So sideways I shall be.  It fits - most people tell me I'm slight off centre anyway. ;)

Yes, when I turn my head just so, you are lovely. And I find it hilarious that you're leaving it sideways. I like that. lol
