Needing Advice Please!!
Now that we're looking at stats and such. I wonder how many others lost after the two year mark? You have always been diligent, and I think that is why you are so successful with your loss. It's time to write a book Karen!
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
In my heart of hearts I would love to do just that. ;)

Knowing my warped sense of humour, it would end up being some trashy "tell all, name names" piece of litigation-waiting-to-happen. lol

Yes, I have been using MFP since preop. If I don't I know I would get way off track. I do still have my morning shake with cold coffee. And this week since I am off work, I am going to try and mix up my eating schedule and routine. Maybe that might help? I will have a look at What You Are Eating threads, maybe it may give me some ideas?? Thanks!
Mixing up the schedule could be a good strategy, yes. I'd definitely try that and see what happens.
I get ideas all the time on the WAYE thread - we have some creative cooks with impeccable taste on this forum. LOL
Good luck! :)
