I am dealing with some regain and my endo recently referred me to the Wharton Clinic as they do metabolic testing.  Has anyone used them?  How did you find their program? It is all OHIP covered so I hope I can pick and chose what would be helpful for me.  I really don't need nutritional education - I need more head therapy and don't know if they offer that.  Oh well. I will go and see. I am curious what caloric level my body uses daily as if I eat over 1000 per day I gain and at 800 I maintain. I am dealing with some other endocrine issues as well like thyroid.  I hope they are not going to yell and shame me because I will walk out.  I do enough to my self, don't need anyone else to it to me.

I dealt with Wharton prior to being referred for the RNY and my personal experience was they were amazing they were very polite and helpful they are the ones who sent the referral for the RNY and they supported throughout my journey for about a year prior to RNY.
