Anyone know of a good psychologist in the London, St. Thomas area? One that has an understanding of weight issues. I don't want to have to travel to Windsor to see one but I feel I could use some help as I still keep craving junk food.
I took a cravings change course here in st thomas. It was really interesting and helped me a lot. It is put on by a dietician and social worker together. You could maybe look into that. They may offer it somewhere in London.
why not give the CMHA a call? (canadian mental health association). They might be able to help you with that. Or if there is an eating disorders clinic at St. Joes in London, try that.
