Today is my favorite golf tournament of the year.....100 woman for lunch - golf and dinner...I know them all....so lots of loud laughing....cant wait.....I will also over indulge today as part of the plan....and I have a ride there and back so I can enjoy some wine
STEPS - forgot to check my fitbit yesterday....assuming in the 6-8,000 range
EATS
B - 2 large mugs of regular coffee
Premier protein shake
L - Chicken cobb salad
S - 1 hard boiled egg
1 delicious apple
D - glass of white wine over ice at ****tail hour
glass of red wine with dinner
1 roll
I have inputted 550 calories of meat - whether it be chicken or red meat......whatever is up on the BBQ
few bites of veg
few bites of whatever the dessert is

No plans for me today, working 11-7, hope everyone has a great weekend :)
B- protein coffee, 1/4 cup ff cottage cheese w/ 14 cup source cherry yogurt mixed in.
S- 1 cup blueberry protein shake
L-3 oz chicken breast w/1/3 cup sweet kale salad
S-1/3 cup greek yogurt
D- 3 oz chicken breast, 3 slices tomato, 3 slices cucumber
S- ???

Not a whole lot going on today I don't think - have to do some banking and might go out for late lunch or dinner but won't list that on my menu, will assume I'll be at home. Barb, have a fantastic time at the golf tournament, I hope the weather holds off for you! Have a good day at work, Tanya. Saw yesterday that it's turning full time already - that's great. :)

S - 1 scrambled egg, 2 slices bacon, 1 slice whole grain & seeds toast, sliced tomato
L - 4 oz tuna salad, 3 melba toast, raw peppers and cucumbers for dipping
S - Chike protein iced coffee
D - 1.5 cups chili, 1/4 cup shredded old cheddar
S - likely just some decaf with cream

Good morning all. Barb your day sounds like a lot of fun. Rode my bike to and from work yesterday and walk the Jazz festival. Tired today. I will be taking the dog out soon. Probably to Cherry Beach. Not a lot of exercise for me but he likes it. Will do errands and grocery shopping. Have to be home early to make sure I can park. Parking spaces are at a premium this weekend with the Jazz Festival on.

Hello ladies, Barb your day sounds like a lot of fun. I was late getting up today, just couldn't get comfortable last night. I'm on full fluids
1 week post-op
S 1 cup decaf coffee with French Vanilla sweetener
L 1/2 cup oatmeal
S 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
D 1 cup chicken broth we are visiting friends for dinner, they will have BBQ
S Iogo dessert yogurt, maybe a second one later while we are playing cards. I'll bring two just in case.

You're doing well at one week out but I noticed that your protein for the day is WAY low - did you forget to list a protein shake in the mix maybe?
