Bummed..

They rescheduled my social worker/dietician/nurse clinician appointment back a week but I still have to go as Dr. Glazer was unable to reschedule until December. The problem is that I live in Barrie and I'm so so so bad at highway driving. I'm licensed and I have my own car but I was having my mom drive me down due to anxieties I have about driving that distance. 

I know it's just a week and I really shouldn't complain but my job asks for 30 days to schedule a day off and it's just not easy for me to drive all that way on my own.

look into taking Highway 27 down, I think you can go all the way to Finch and turn left on Finch.  I wouldn't be able to do the 400 either.

I'm often mocked at my fears about driving. Last year I turned 35 and decided it was finally time to do get it done. 4 months later while turning a bend in the rain I ended up in the ditch. It felt like I was swerving and rotating forever and naturally made my anxieties even worse.

I think I can do that, right down 27. I'm looking at a map now - thank you!

Your not alone in being fearful of driving. I am 40 and I have never been fully licensed. I'm a very nervous driver.  I hate driving. But I am one heck of a back seat driver!! LOL

Perhaps look into GO Transit and let them do the driving
