Hi everyone. Hope you are all having a great summer so far. I am that is for sure. I haven't been on here in like forever, but i have been very busy and active. So for you that don't know me, i am scott and i had my surgery on september 28, 2012 and at that time i was 386 pounds but before my 6 weeks of optifast i was 430 pounds. As of today i am now get ready for it....188 pounds. That is 8 pounds from my goal weight and a goal that the dieticians said i would never reach because it was just too an aggressive goal. So when people say you can't do it, tell them "watch me" that is what i told them. Anyway i had to share my amazing news. I haven't been this light since before high school. Take care everyone
