Age Restriction?

Has anyone ever heard of an age restriction to have bariatric surgery done?  I just turned 59 and sometimes I feel that my age my hinder my

approval for this procedure. 

Actually, I know a woman who was 70 when she had surgery! I really think it's decided on a case-by-case basis. You are definitely not too old to be considered, your overall health and ability to withstand surgery will have a lot to do with it. There is no harm at all in getting the referral and going from there!

Your almost a baby..... I tell my older friends 60 is like what 40 use to be, get your referral in and in no time you'll find yourself saying I wish I had done it sooner too
