What are you eating/doing today? (Monday)

I do have pork the odd time, but it sits really heavy because it is a drier meat. Ham would be a good alternative but I'm not a big ham eater. Roast I'll eat a bit of if it is moist and the same with steak. They are more of a tough chew and I get bored chewing so much to the point I lose interest in eating it. Otherwise I would love to sink my teeth into a nice juicy steak!! lol...
