weight loss
So I opted not to have the surgery but I find this forum so nice and supportive. Wonder if I could post my weight loss even though I am doing it on my own? I am down 25 pounds from my heaviest weight this winter :)
Cant seem to find another forum that is as good as this one. I haven't ruled out the surgery but I have deferred it for now, having gone through a year and a half of tests and waiting.
Of course you can! We're here to support anyone dealing with obesity issues, not exclusively those to elect to have surgery. Congrats on your loss :)

Keep posting on here, wether you chose to have surgery or not, support is still a big thing with weight loss. And that you can find here. We are all chosing the same destination, just following different paths.
The same tips and tricks used post WLS can be used without the tool as well. You may just need to tweek the information a little to suit your particuar needs.
Good luck on your own journey,
Cathy
Congratulations! I admire what you're doing. It takes a lot of will and strength and regardless of the method one uses, a pound lost is always a sign of hard work and dedication. Keep it up
