1 month follow up
Today is my 1 month follow up appointment with the dietician ALREADY at HRRH. I actually cannot believe that it has been close to a month since surgery! I am so happy I made this decision to go ahead with gastric bypass! I have lost a total of 40lbs since my weight before optifast! Although I am at a 'stall' right now, I am still happy that I have made it this far :)
