Good morning all. Pretty grey and miserable out today. TTC in Toronto continues to be screwed up. The streetcar did not catch up to me until University so at least I got in some steps without losing time.

s apple

s deli turkey and slice of cheese, yogurt

s chocolate pudding and baby bel

d smoked chicken and cabbage salad

s cherries

cal 928, carb 101.8, prot 76.8

Feeling pretty hopeless today. I went camping last weekend, did really well and gained 1.6lbs, which i was okay with. I was good all week, fabulous all weekend, stepped on the scale this morning and I've gained a pound since Friday. I put on an outfit, I look in the mirror and can definitely tell I am 13 lbs heavier than last summer. I started seeing a nutritionist in May when I reached 180lbs, and despite being on track and more vigilant than ever, I am still at 180. I feel like it's just a matter of time before I am back at 300. So mad and upset I could scream. I am leaving for Newfoundland in 2 days, where there's a week long party of everyone I've ever met for our "come home year" and since I am clearly cursed, I know I won't be able to party with my friends and family since I'll obviously end up at 190 or 200lbs. I've even seriously considered cancelling the trip.

Anyway, still truckin' on

B: greek yogurt, alpen musli, blueberries, chia, matcha
L: 2 boiled eggs, 1/4 cup kale salad, 1 slice WW toast, 2tsp of margarine
S: 2 baby bel and an apple
S: protein shake
D: salmon fillet, 1/2 cup kale salad
S: 2 tbsp of PB

all water and vitamins. went out for an hour and a half. 20 min of jogging, walked the rest.

Hey :) Was wondering where you've been!

I understand the near panic you can feel when the scale is up. It's pure hell and so easy to speculate that you're going to continue to gain until you're right back where you started. You eat well and you're active. I know you changed things up when you went to the new nutritionist. I guess it's been close to two months now - maybe time to re-evaluate her suggested plan and go back to WLS basics for a bit to see what happens. That's what I would do, anyway.

You will not cancel a trip! There is no way in hell sticking to a diet should preclude travelling home to see family and friends.

Looking at your menu today, it looks more like a bariatric menu than what you had been listing recently. I guess see how it feels and see what happens.

Best,

K.
