It's a smaller challenge this time. Each Team has six member, that I tried to evenly distribute based on our numbers last week. We will all fluctuate...mine will be less this week for sure!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
Can I just say I feel sorry for my team that I'm a part of it? LOL Must. Work. Harder.
I started the C25K and then hurt my knee like an idiot. I think it's better - sorry team!
