RNY  5 Years 3 Months Post Op

Morning

Off to a brunch at my brothers today.....have already checked on the menu.....hope the weather holds for everyone to enjoy themselves today

STEPS - 7890

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

    Premier protein shake

 

L - 6 sea scallops

    1 TSP butter in cooking

    1 slice of quiche....insides only

     garden salad with dressing

 

D - 1 cup of kale salad

     2 oz leftover beef tenderloin - finally the last of it

     1 grilled lobster tail

 

S - 2 Source dessert yogurt

     2 S/F popsicles

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,047,  Carbs - 64 Grams,  Fat - 38 Grams,  Protein - 115 Grams

 

All water and vits

Good morning all,

Barb, enjoy your brunch and spending time with your brother, and I hope the rain hold off you there. Already raining here....blah

Not sure what I am going to get into today, probably not much.

 

B- 1 egg muffin, 1/2 banana w/ 1tsp peanut butter, protein coffee

L- 1/2 fajita chicken soup

S- 1/3 cup mock rice pudding

D- greek turkey burger no bun 1/4 cup kale salad

Happy Canada Day everyone. Good you are going to a brunch. This afternoon does not sound great. Off for a walk soon. I will take a ball to get the dog in the water to cool off. I have been busy the last two days but not walking so my steps are low. Not sure that will change today.

Morning all :)

Happy Canada Day! Domestic goddess duties today for the most part (fun WOW!), not much else. My knee still hurts like a MF'er, trying to "walk it off". lol  No rain here yet, but I'm hoping for a little to take away a little humidity - brutal!

8 years post-op

B - coffee with cream x 2, iogo 0%, 1 slice whole grain toast, 1 oz deli roast beef, 1 oz old cheddar

S - Chike protein iced coffee (I can't get over how good these are)

L - 3 leftover grilled chicken wings (very small), green salad, sprinkle of almonds, blue cheese dressing, 1 extremely tiny little tomato from my garden (#1 of the year lol))

S - not sure yet, I may indulge in another Chike

D - 3 oz chicken, grilled veggie skewer
