Morning
Party was great Friday night.....finished cleaning up late in the evening....got up early yesterday to golf and walk 18 holes in the heat and humidity.......I wouldn't even have golfed with a cart pre wls in that level of heat.....now I can walk it and manage.....though I came home and basically crashed for the rest of the night....
Eating has been poor the past 4 days....didn't weigh myself this morning as I know it would be depressing.....cutting back today

L - 6 oz leftover maple salmon
D - 1 cup of kale salad
1/2 cup of baked beans
4 oz leftover beef tenderloin

All water...more decaf coffee....all vits

Safari Niagara was fun, lots of animals, My favourites were the giraffes and all the different primates. I was hoping for penguins too but they don't have them there. I did see lots of birds of prey and I have to say, I think the owls were my favorite in that section. Best of all was the relaxing time with DH and the walking. I walked for 5 hours, never would have done that before.
B- protein coffee, 1/2 cup ff cottage cheese, 1/2 banana
L- egg fritta w/ ham, mushroon and onion
S- 4 oz milk 6 cherry tomatos w/ 2 tbs hummus
D- BBQ trout w/ sweet kale salad
S- 1/2 cup "mock " rice pudding

Glad your party went well Barb. Not as humid here yesterday but it is today.
Bought a lot of strawberries yesterday. I will be freezing a lot but also making some jam. Hope to get that done today. May go for a short bike ride. Also bought peas to freeze. May need a larger freezer. LOL

Sounds like everyone's having a nice weekend! I'm happy to report that camping was a huge success - weather was perfect, the site was nice, food we made was awesome and I had the best sleep I've had in about 5 years! Just home and ready to do it all again soon.
B - coffee with milk x 2, 1 scrambled egg, 2 slices bacon, 1/2 slice toast, leftover potato/onion/mushroom mix
L - skipped, too full
S - nibbling on crackers, cheese, pickles, olives, tomatoes
D - 3 oz bacon-wrapped chicken breast, mixed greens salad

L- 3 bites of hubby's hot dog
S- salad with cheese and catalina dressing
D- Homemade quesadilla pizza with a tonne of cheese and pepperoni

Getting all liquids in and also enjoying an afternoon bev'y (killer koolaid!) I don't have drinks often so I figured why not for today.
