Vitamins in Ontario

Hello peeps. Just wondering what vitamins everyone is taking and where you are getting them at? I use to order from Bariatric Advantage but shipping is so expensive and I don't have a credit card anymore.

10/18/07 RNY ( hw 305 sw 290 lw 189ish) St Joe's 08/14/14 RNY reversal to sleeve. I survived 3 leaks,4 operations and a feeding tube.

Target....I just paid $7.99 for 100 tablet Multivitamin Plus (purple box)...the Target brand 2x a day. Shoppers Drug Mart usually has the Citrate Calcium..but if not I take the Mega Cal Calcium by Jamison which is elemental calcium 650mg per pill 3x a day...and Vit D you can find anywhere fairly cheap...but I usually take the Jamison Vit D 1000mg 6x day =)

Hi! I am a DSer and I buy the Bariatric Advantage from the pharmacy at St. Joe's in Hamilton. I live in London though, so I stock up at each visit. At some point, when my check ins are farther apart, I may need a new plan.
