Anyone at HRRH?

Sounds like you're wait is too long.  Please call them.  I was originally referred in June.  I didn't hear anything and when I finally called turns out my Doctor didn't refer me correctly.  Got it fixed really fast and my official referral was September.

After some googling I found that I'll be at HRRH, also.  I just had my referral sent in today, so it will be a long time before I have anything going on - but now I know where to look for info - this post!  

Yes, hopefully others will share their experiences and offer any advice to us beginners regarding this process.  I'll definitely share my progress, so definitely check back!  :-)

Hi Lyn,

I'm through HRRH.  As per my signature I was referred in September.  I originally got a surgery date of September but by my own choice I pushed it back to November.  So if you are through HRRH right now that's what they're book for.  Actually I wouldn't be surprised if it is even into the new year because it's been a couple months since I got my surgery date.

Yes, it seems some people have waited long times for their referral to be received or to get an info session date.  However my doc assured me she sent it and followed up with me when they received it.  Even she was surprised I was contacted within 7 weeks with an info session date (less than the 12 weeks she estimated).  However I will remain hopeful about the process! :-)
