Wow I cannot say enough how thankful I am for this surgery and what it has done for my life. I am a completely different person Mind, Body & Soul Reached goal weight this morning!!! 36 weeks post op (tomorrow) and after I look at the counter for a day or two I'm going to change it to a new goal weight I really would like to get to normal BMI.

Thursday is my 6 month follow up at TWH Bariatric Clinic and getting below 170 before that appointment was a major accomplishment for me. (yes I know it's been 8 months since surgery, the hospital is running behind in follow up appointments.
