The dreaded "Opti" headache - Tylenol?

I've had it for two days - go to bed with it and wake up with it - terrible cracking headache.

i wish there was a naturally sweetened option cause Aspartame is a killer for me.

tylenol is fine to take, right?

Day 3-5 was a constant headache for me. Lots of water & Tylenol. Good luck! You can do this!

Managed to break the headache with a hot shower and Tylenol.
