RNY  5 Years 2 Months Post Op

Morning

Had a food hey day while north....back to basics today......

Meeting my trainer this morning....lots on the go after.......hoping my back can start to handle the work-outs again

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

    Premier protein shake

 

L - Chicken cobb salad

 

D - Parmesan crusted baked chicken

     roasted squash - 1/2 cup

     Kale salad - 1.5 cups

 

S - 2 sugar free fudgsicles

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,197,  Carbs - 86 Grams,  Fat - 50 Grams,  Protein - 107 Grams

 

All water and vits

Good morning Barb and all, Bad eating day for me yesterday. I am having some irritation when eating. May have to cut back on salads and some meats for a while. I will see how tonights dinner sits.

b greek yogurt, granola, blueberries

s cherries

l chili, yogurt

s pure protein bar

d pork tenderloin, acorn squash, salad?

s not sure

Morning all :)

Dragging my butt this morning - for some reason I had set my alarm to go off at 5:20 AM?! What was I thinking?? lol

8 years post-op

B - coffee with cream x 3 over the morning, iogo 0%

S - 1 scrambled egg, 1/3 cup diced potato/onion/sausage mixture, rhubarb chutney

L - small whole wheat tortilla stuffed with 2 oz ham, 1 oz cheddar, red onions, red peppers, cucumbers, lettuce, stuck together with a little Dijon and mayo

S - Chike protein iced coffee

D - BBQ burger with all the fixings no bun, 1/2 cup ginger bok choy salad

S - not sure, likely just chai tea

Dang. I'm so busy I don't have time come here and post my menu. I am logging everything, staying on track, and exercising though:)

2.5 years post op

B: greek yogurt, alpen cereal on top, blueberries, chia, matcha
S: 20 almonds
L: tuna, spinach & arugula, brown rice, salsa, avocado
S: protein bar, pear
D: turkey burgery pattie, 1/2 cup broccoli and cauliflower
S: 2 tbsp of PB and probably a banana

Went for a 90 minute walk in the gorgeous sun. Calories are up to 1323 with the banana. Which is in the 1300-1400 range as per nutritionist suggestion
