What is PATTS?
Pre-Admitting Testing....about a week to 10 days before your surgery you go to the hospital to get blood work done, meet the anesthesiologist (sp), nurse, etc. to get ready for surgery. It takes about 3 hours.

I see this question a lot. So I wrote a blog post about my PATTS to help others know what I experienced. Not to say that everyone has the same experience, but it may give you some idea.
