Good morning,

Nothing much going on today, just work. Suppose to rain today.... :(

Anybody have anything exciting going on today?

 

B- protein coffee, 1/3 cup steel cut oats w/ dates and walnuts

S- tomatos and cuccumber w/ 2 tbs hummus

L- Cloverlear snack size tuna w/ 3 melba toast, small orange

D- 2.5 oz chicken w/ 1/2 cup salad/dressing

S- 1/3 cup mock rice pudding

Good morning Tanya. I am off to work as well. Only interesting thing is going for my dental cleaning. LOL

I want to bike to work but it is suppose to rain later I do not like biking in the rain. So off to transit for me.

Morning all :)

I missed yesterday somehow : Going for blood work in a while, a neighbour is coming over for coffee and a chat about WLS as she's considering it and wants the scoop and then coffee night tonight. My Chike protein coffee arrived yesterday, so it should be a coffee-full day LOL

8 years post-op

B - coffee with cream x 2, iogo 0%

S - 1 scrambled egg, sautéed onions and 1.5 oz (approx.) polish sausage

L - Pad Thai from the new Thai place next to the blood clinic (protein first, then veg, then a few noodles - likely 1/4 of the container)

S - Chike protein iced coffee

D - another serving of the Pad Thai

S - coffee out with the gang, likely cheese, pickle and 4 Triscuits when I get home

Things have been crazy busy. I've been on track with eating and exercising, except for a night out at a new restaurant and bar in town. My friend had a gift card, so I ordered grilled cajun tacos and had a few glasses of wine, when I came home late that night loaded drunk I decided I needed to eat my cereal. So Friday was bad, but I have been good since!

B: greek yogurt, blueberries, chia seeds, Alpen cereal, matcha powder
S: 20 almonds
L: 2 boiled eggs, tsp of butter, slice of WW toast, 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
S: 2 baby bel and a pear
Post bootcamp snack: slice of WW bread, 2 tbsp of PB, 1 banana
D: turkey burger pattie, 1/2 cup sweet kale salad, 1 square 90% chocolate
