Heading north today for some golf and leisure.....we are taking my parents so it will be a nice family weekend.......

D - Tortellini with chicken and veg in garlic and oil....10 oz
10 oz of Merlot

Busy day planned - hospital visit for an iron infusion and then x-rays (not related to the iron infusion lol), a little shopping at Sherway, have to go and VOTE, then run a couple of errands on the way home. Lunch will be out so I'll not even make eye contact with the gourmet grilled cheese place at the mall, dinner is leftovers thanks to a complete sweetheart who came for dinner last night and cooked for ME instead (I heart you, Andrew!). I'm sensing a couch potato session come about 4 PM.

Good morning everyone! I’m going to see my surgeon today about the stomach pain I’ve been having. Last night I bought some freshly made pot roast for dinner... 1st bite delish, 2nd bite good, 3rd bite...felt odd...5 minutes later I felt nauseous and I had a full on case of the foamies (obviously full of fat). I hate it when that happens. Thank goodness it rarely happens. I use to love meat, but now it**** and miss. The only meat I never have issues with is minced extra lean turkey. Oh well, it’s a process.
Today’s menu is....
B- 2 boiled eggs and coffee
Snack-Greek yogurt
L-don’t know—going to wait until after my appointment
D-1% cottage cheese and ketchup

Good morning Barb. Sound like a nice weekend up north. Last two days my eating has been off. Eating out too much and not making the best decisions.
Had a nice evening at coffee on the Danforth last night. Even saw some pictures of Europe. I love old architecture. When I was a kid I loved building toys. Only got to play with them when visiting some friends. Girls were to play with dolls not mini bricks. Things have change so much for the better. Now boys have dolls and girls have lego.
I tried the sweet kale salad. I loved it but it did not love me back. I will finish the bag but I can not use the salad dressing. The xanthan gum certainly cleaned me out.

Another busy day. I feel like I'm coming down with something. Which always makes me crave carbs and PB. wtf? ANyway, I'm going to try Bootcamp because I technically have no symptoms except general fatigue and a sore throat in the mornings.
