Slept in a little today, totally unlike me. Now I feel little dopey (yeah, yeah, no comments necessary lol). House chores today, a good walk, and going out with friends late afternoon, dinner when I get home so a little later than usual.
8 years post-op
B - coffee with cream x 3 over the morning, iogo 0%
S - Chike protein iced coffee
L - 3 oz Sikorski sausage on the BBQ, sweet kale salad, 1/4 cup homemade rhubarb chutney
S - not sure yet
D - 1/2 pasta, 1/2 cup meat/veggie sauce, 1/8 cup parm

Good evening everyone
been MA last couple of days just getting used to everything
B-Chocolate Optifast with Banana flavouring
1 and a half hour walk and small business errands
L-Vanilla Optifast with coconut flavouring yummy
3/4 hr nap
D- Chocolate Optifast with Banana falvouring and 1 cup green veges
S- Vanilla Optifast with coconut flavouring and 1 cup reen veges
Hope everyone has a great weekend and enjoys this goreous weather
I am learning and racing towards the Bench also have tried puttin up the bars to keep track of weiht and goals hope it works
