What are you eating/doing today?(Friday)
Good morning Tanya. I agree TGIF. I was going to bike to work but absolutely no energy this morning. SO I walked from Church street to work and I will walk after work to Jarvis for the bus. I also have errands I have to do for work so will be doing more walking. I talked to someone who power walks. She said 10, 000 steps should be my minimum. I decided this morning I feel everyday of my age and am going to just do what I can. Will see what tomorrow brings.

l chili, yogurt, melba toast
s pure protein bar
d ground chicken, salad
s wine
cal 1369, carb 101.5, prot 97.1 The calories are high for me so will see if I adjust it.

B- tea and boiled egg.
S- home made baked kale chips , love them..
L - Greek yogurt with mixed berries and bit granola..
S- laughing cow and 5 melba rounds
D- mixed green salad and 3 oz chicken..LF dressing..
S- kale chips and plain rice cake..

Morning,
Gorgeous out there - a nice long walk and some gardening in the plan for today. Dinner at the Mandarin was great but as I was telling aprilflowers, I got totally over-stimulated with the salads and sushi rolls and didn't even make it to the hot tables. lol Just as well. Still in a funk, hoping some sunshine will drag me back.

B - coffee with cream x 3 over the morning, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
S - Premier protein shake
L - chili (last of it finally)
S - iced chai latte, "donut" peach (found this at Starsky's yesterday - looks like an apple/peach cross)
D - 4 cheddar perogies (oh the carby goodness!), with fried onions, crumbled bacon, a little sour cream
S - likely just tea after that kind of dinner

TGIF indeed. I actually have the weekend off! After supper I plan on going for a nice long walk again:)

B: greek yogurt, pumpkin flax cereal, blueberries, chia, matcha green tea powder
S: 1 simply protein mini bar
L: 1 can of tuna, 30g avocado, 1/4 cup spinach & arugula, 1/4 cup brown rice
S: 2 baby bel and a pear
After my walk: 1 slice of WW bread, 1 banana, 2 TBSP of PB
D: 4 oz chicken, 1/2 cup blue menu butter chicken sauce, 1/2 cup raw peppers
I'll likely be munching on veggies after my dinner. I'm always super hungry the day after bootcamp. Trying to cut my calories back a bit
