6 week post op Class and RN appointment went awesome

Today was awesome 6 week visit to hospital to see RN and post op class. Got clearance that I am "normal", back to Yoga, elliptical, kayaking, biking, ease into weights.......I was going stir crazy just walking. Also got my questions answered at the post op class, very informative and useful. Also can now take pills, bye bye Tylenol junior chewables!!! Also found out I lost three inches off my waist and 17 pounds since my 1 week visit. Yay!!!!! Also cleared up some dietary questions I had.
