Sorry I'm still a little out of the loop - I'm assuming you conferred with the team at your centre to try to figure out what's going on?

I don't live near my centre anymore, I can't see them until the end of July.  So I just went to a nutritionist and personal trainer for help.

Well that DOES suck, doesn't it. When you say you gained 10 pounds, how long did it take to do that? How long did it stick around before changing your eating plan?

It slowly crept on since February. I doubled up on workouts over spring break, I cut out partying (I was steadily losing and maintaining with one night of going out a week. when I started gaining weight, I stopped) Nothing was working. The day I saw 180 on the scale, may 16th) was the day I reached out for professionals....after calming down from the hysteria.lol

I haven't weighed myself since

So it's only been 3 weeks since you made this change.  Honestly, if it were me, I'd weigh myself to get an idea of what's going on. But that's just me. Maybe give yourself a time line, say 3 more weeks, and then re-evaluate.

Thanks:) I will try and be patient. In the meantime, I'll just keep plugging away with my clean eating and exercising. Hard to believe I could get fat doing that!

You sure as hell wouldn't think so, would you! LOL

P.S. I got too excited by the salad and sushi - didn't even make it to the chicken balls, damn it all!

haha! Just think, 10 years ago what would you have filled up on? I know personally, not many veggies or items that weren't deep fried would have made it to my plate. lol
