Tried to switch from Opurity Gastric bypass chewably Multi to One a day, as I got the okay to swallow pills.  Lesson learned DO NOT SWALLOW TWO pills one right after the other.  OMG I thought I was going to die.  Anyone have advise on best way to swallow two multi vitamins.  Do you take one in the morning and one at night, do you cut them in two?

Any advise?

I'm a terrible pill swallower - choke, gag, dry heave, you name it. lol I'd take one multi at breakfast, one at dinner (always with food, they can upset your stomach). I take a lot of vitamins and meds and the only way I can get them down is to mix them into my yogurt each morning and "eat" them that way, might help.

I am super not looking forward to switching from chewables to pills! Pre-surgery I found multi-vitamins easily made me nauseas. I would support the splitting them in half. You could eat a little, take a half, finish your food, take the other half?

You don't have to switch if you prefer chewables.

Most people don't get enough iron from a multivitamin.  You can just add an iron supplement.
