I use the Premier Protein bars from Costco....they are the only ones that I have found that I like. I know a lot of people really like the Quest bars and I have seen them at Nutrition House, Popeye's and GNC.

Premier Protein Bars are yummy, but goodness, I find them big! I have to split them up. No way I can do that in one sitting.

The Oh Yeah Bars are delicious! Much smaller and taste great.

Either of those are readily available at Costco.

I am obsessed with Quest protein bars. They are expensive, but a study showed they are the healthiest.

I also like Simply protein bars. Also from Costco

Actually, I believe Quest is in a lawsuit situation right now regarding misinformation on their labels or something like that. Basically they are misrepresenting the nutrition in the bars.

Here is a link to one of the articles:

I'm not discounting them...just making sure people have all the facts.

150 pounds gone for now! :-)  Initial goal weight of 170 lbs met on March 7, 2014.  My 44 year old bones survived hiking 4 days overland to a highest point of 4700 metres! Machu Picchu goal...CONQUERED!

Carbs are a bit high for my 1st choice especially for new RNY patients.

I prefer Zone Perfect but they are usually only found in the USA..my next go to are Pure Protein if I run out and have to buy them here.
