What are you eating/doing today? (Tuesday)

Good morning all. I am at work at trying to find PR stuff for my boss. I love she sends me vague references and then I have to figure out what the heck she is talking about. These two weren't as bad as some others so was able to google them. It doesn't help that she sends this by e-mail from whatever country she is currently in.

Need to get some exercise today. Maybe the treadmill later.

My husband is cooking tonight because it is his day off. He thinks he is making a roast so I have put that in but who knows if he will change his mind. Since my son comes for dinner tonight I know it will not be seafood.

Had a busy day. Forgot to punch in my eats

B: greek yogurt, pumpkin flax cereal on top, chia seeds, matcha green tea powder, blueberries
S: 20 almonds, 1 simply protein mini bar
L: 2 boiled eggs, 1 slice toast, 1tsp butter, a handful of cherry tomatoes
S: 2 baby bel and a pear
Post bootcamp workout: 1 slice WW bread, 2tbsp of PB, 1 banana
D: 1 turkey burger patty, 1/2 cup kale salad, 1 square 90% dark chocolate
S: I was hungry so I had another 2 tbsp of PB> I regret it now, but I worked really hard in bootcamp and was pretty hungry
